I've finished recording my professional videos.

The more experience I get, the more I realize that what matters is never doing a retake. The first take is always the best.

The idea takes shape in my head in real time. The micro-expressions that come with finding the words are the best cues for the viewer. Even the clumsy recoveries after a mistake create a connection.

When you redo it, it's often clearer, more organized, more complete... but it doesn't speak to people as much.
