It doesn't look like much, but it's often the most important decision in a project.

The moment you say "we're not doing it that way," "we're not going about it like this," "I'd rather organize things differently."

Changing how you do things changes everything. It changes the activity – whether it brings joy or not, whether it creates a good atmosphere or not, etc. And of course it changes the result – which depends on the activity.

So the subject matters less than you think.
