Translating an AI search visibility innovation into clear market discourse, and building a content strategy for launch.
Situation
Maple Labs is a French consulting firm specializing in visibility on language models. Founded by Victor Marignac, Maxime and Antony Luvera, it was preparing for its commercial launch in early 2026 in a nascent market.
Challenge
Finding a distinctive positioning in a sector flooded with interchangeable technical discourse. The expertise was there; the question was making it visible and memorable from the very first pieces of content.
Approach
Three individual interviews with the founders, followed by a strategic deliverable. The work produced a narrative direction unique to Maple Labs, a method name, and a content roadmap for the launch phase.
Outcome
A short, inimitable story, built around a strong metaphor: LLMs analyzed in depth, like cognitive profiling. Maple Labs enters the market with a discourse that belongs to them.
