ChatGPT and Me

I've discovered that I work like ChatGPT.

And you probably do too.

Meaning my next action is mostly decided by whatever context I have in my head at that moment.

And, like ChatGPT, that context is tiny.

We don't carry our whole life around at every moment. Depending on the day or the hour, we focus on some problem coming up, some difficulty of the moment, some goal that's in fashion.

The decisions that follow rest on a tiny and often trivial sliver of everything we know – and above all, one we don't consciously choose.

So lately, I've decided to change all that.

Every morning, I read the same note, which holds the context I think matters for my day. Context I chose consciously.

I no longer let social media, TV or unexpected calls fill my head. I fill it myself, every day, with hand-picked thoughts: positive, strong and organic.

In soil like that, the right action grows without effort.
