My mom lives in Morocco, so it's not easy to avoid flying.
But here I am at the airport for work.
And honestly, I could have organized things differently, but everything happened so fast.
The success of an offer I put together kind of accelerated my life. And since the situation was new, I didn't have the right reflexes to find an alternative.
Goes to show you have to think about it ahead of time.
But before you can think about it, you have to decide to think about it. In other words: notice it when it happens and make a mental note for the next time the situation comes up. That's the real beginning: noticing and taking note.
