My approach is structured around two distinct sessions:

1. Immersion & Diagnosis (approx. 2h)

We dive deep into your project, your challenges, your ambitions, and your constraints. Through active listening and targeted questions, we identify the fundamental issues that will determine the success of your communication.

2. Debrief & Action Plan (approx. 1.5h)

Following my analysis, I present the key takeaways and reframed challenges. We discuss the recommendations for the "next viable step" and validate the roadmap together.
